Find the right conversation

Use the filters to narrow the list to exactly what you need:

• Status. Open, Unread, Snoozed, or Archived.
• Account. Any one of your connected Instagram accounts.
• Team member. Conversations assigned to a teammate, or everything still Unassigned.
• Tag. Any tag you have applied to a conversation or contact.
• Search. By username or name.

Reply from the inbox

You can send a manual reply within the messaging window Instagram allows. LoopFuel handles the messaging rules for you, so you can focus on the conversation rather than the policy.

Quick actions on a conversation

• Assign the conversation to a teammate so everyone knows who owns it.
• Snooze it for an hour, three hours, or until tomorrow, then bring it back when it is due.
• Archive it when it is done, and unarchive it if it reopens.

Tag a conversation

Open a conversation and use the tag icon in the header to add a new tag, remove one, or quick-add an existing tag. Manual tags behave exactly like the tags your automations apply: they can award Sparks, enrol the contact into matching email sequences, and power the inbox tag filter. Tags are also available on the contact's detail page.

Internal notes

Leave a team-only note on any conversation from the notes panel in the header. Notes show who wrote them and when, and you can delete your own. Your customer never sees internal notes, so they are a safe place for context, reminders, and handovers.
