Payment defaults and your UPI QR

Save your UPI ID, payee name, and QR once, upload your bank QR image, and see exactly what the buyer gets when they pay.

Payment defaults let you set up UPI once and reuse it in every flow. Save your details in the Payments card at the top of the Integrations page, and any sell step that leaves its UPI fields blank uses them automatically.

What you save

  • UPI ID. The VPA that receives your payments.
  • Payee name. The name buyers see when they pay.
  • QR image URL (optional). Leave it blank and LoopFuel generates the QR for you.

Defaults are saved once per workspace. A sell step's own values always win over the defaults. Payment defaults are available to anyone with the commerce module, including through a Spark Points unlock.

Upload your bank QR

Instead of pasting a URL, you can upload the QR image from your bank in the same Payments card. PNG, JPG, and WEBP files up to 2 MB are accepted. LoopFuel checks that the image is a real scannable UPI QR and rejects anything else. The sell step in the flow builder also gets an Upload QR option.

What the buyer gets

When a flow reaches a UPI sell step, the buyer receives a DM with a Pay via UPI button and the QR image right in the message. The button opens a LoopFuel payment page, valid for 7 days, with an Open UPI app button, a scannable QR code, and your UPI ID with a Copy button. The DM text carries your UPI ID.
