The Payments page and UPI payment tracking
Buyers submit their UPI transaction number after paying, and you review every sale on the Payments page and mark it Received or Failed.
Every UPI sale can now be tracked from payment to confirmation. The buyer tells you they paid, you check the number in your own UPI app, and you mark the sale done, all without leaving LoopFuel.
What the buyer does
The pay page shows app buttons for Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and Other UPI apps, plus the QR and your UPI ID with a Copy button. After paying, the buyer enters the UPI transaction number from their UPI app receipt (the UTR or reference number) and an optional message in the "Paid? Tell the seller" form, then taps "I have paid, notify the seller". They can correct the number until you confirm.
How you find out
You get an email and an in-app notification the moment a buyer submits a reference. The sidebar badge on Payments shows how many sales need review.
The Payments page
Open Payments in the sidebar (Growth section). It lists every sale your automations sent, with the contact, product, amount, method (UPI, Product link, or Razorpay), UPI transaction number, buyer note, and status: Needs review, Awaiting payment, Received, or Failed. A stats row shows the needs-review count, awaiting count, received count, and total collected.
Verify the transaction number in your own UPI app, then mark the sale Received or Failed. Marked one by mistake? Reopen undoes it.
Repeat offers
A sale offer can be re-sent to the same contact after a 24 hour cooldown while it stays unpaid. A paid sale is never re-offered on the same step.
Want to control what the buyer sees after submitting? Set your after-payment and failed-payment messages in the Payments card; see Payment defaults and your UPI QR.
